Behind The Scenes… Meet Chris Chatfield, Head Chef

Introducing new Head Chef, Chris Chatfield. Chris is extremely talented and passionate, and he absolutely loves what he creates, like watching an artist! Following stints in London, he returned to where his heart lies in the West Country and Chris has worked at some of the area’s best…The Horn Of Plenty (4 Star, 3 Rosette), Islington Country House Hotel (3 Star, 2 Rosette), Celtic Manor Resort Wales (3 Rosette) and Langdon Court Hotel (4 Star, 2 Rosette). Once you have tried his food, you will understand our well founded excitement!

Chris has created our Local to Lyme menu which celebrates the best of  local and seasonal produce. Enjoy two-courses and a glass of wine for just £19.50. Available lunch and dinner, Monday to Thursday.
